Phil has been involved in the golf industry for over 15 years. Currently Phil travels the country giving educational seminars on, "How to Produce a Successful Golf Tournament", "Selling Golf Tournaments", and "Recruiting and Motivating Volunteers". Consulting with golf courses, manufactures, suppliers, distributors, golf tournament directors, golf instructors and golf course designers, assisting them in developing their tournaments and increasing their business.

While new to the golf industry, Robbi Hess has been involved in event planning and seminars for many years and now brings her expertise in organization and management to the GTAA. She is in charge of new member recruiting, works behind the scenes with Golf Course Managers who will be hosting Golf Tournament Seminars, helps promote the seminars, and designs and edits GTAA's weekly newsletters. She brings to the organization public relations, marketing and editorial experience.
