Program #1 - The Industry: Demographics, Organizations, Media, Committees, Responsibilities, Training, Accountability
Program #2 - Sponsors: Selling, Packages, Companies, Promotion, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Internet, Brochures
Program #3 - Golfers: Wants, Packages, Handicapping, Gifts and Prizes, Golfers Packages, Contests, Winners
Program #4 - Facilities: Golf Courses, Staging, Banquets, Games and Contests, Formats, Purpose, Winners, Operations, Time lines, Action Items, Budgets
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Fundraising Executive, non profit employee, golf course employee, or corporate planner
- In the golf industry for two years
- Worked on at least five golf events
- Three Business references
- Participate in a six hour training program
- Pass certification test with 90% correct answers
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
- Check the requirements
- Sign up for the program and submit fee $495
- Study the Materials presented
- Teleconference call training or face to face
- Pass test with 90% correct answers
- Receive certification certificate
- Your name goes on the GTAA website
- Participate on monthly phone calls
