    Sit down with your customers and walk through the process of planning a golf event.
  1. Host a VIP & Education Day
    Host a VIP Day inviting all of your customers and potential customers and do a seminar on how to host a golf event. Offer lunch, education and golf at no charge.
  1. Give them Planning Tools
    Create a check list and how to manual to guide them through the process of planning a golf tournament.
  1. Create How to Videos
    Offer how to videos walking through the process, sell sponsors, recruiting golfers, gifts and prizes, etc.
  1. Weekly to do emails
    Send out weekly emails reminding them what needs to be done and accomplished. Hold them accountable.
